See the Dynamips FAQ at 7200emu.hacki.at . Search the How-Tos for the term "breakout". There is a very good FAQ by the author MrPaul that I followed. You will need a 5th switch - you trunk to that switch and then breakout the VLANs to your pod switches. The 5th switch winds up being transparent to the pod switches; they will only see the routers as their neighbors. Read the entire thread for any caveats.
