Ciscoblog.com had the link but that site is renamed to ciskoblog.com ...I think ( its Jeremy ciaora you can google it I thinks that's right spelling) basically its a install package on vmware that you can run. I installed it on a core 2 duo with 2 gigs ram and it runs well. start at that blog you'll find the link and all will be well. As far as gns I think there is asa, pix, even Jupiter on the version I'm running. I'm in maui sitting on a beach so I can't verify it right now but I'm sure someone will chime in....
