[OSL | CCIE_RS] Blended Learning system harddrive and windows 7 64bit

I am having a problem running the harddrive in windows 7. If I click
the ipexpert application icon I get an error message "No user exe
found. Aborting." I can run the harddrive in XP Pro, but for some
reason I can't get it to run right in Windows 7.
