Google is your friend....

To configure Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) to not consider the autonomous system (AS) path during best path route selection, use the *bgp bestpath as-path ignore* command in router configuration mode.

As for your "relax" command, I couldn't find it in the command references but I did find it in several forums referencing it as a hidden command. Example:

http://tidbitsandbytes.blogspot.com/2005/11/bgp-bestpath-as-path-multipath-relax.html

Here is a hidden IOS command, in newer IOS's. bgp bestpath as-path multipath-relax. This will allow the router to load-share across multiple BGP paths even if the as-path is different. If you run BGP between multiple ISPs and you are looking for better load sharing between your connections this may help you out.

Not as much detail as I would like but this was what I found. Interesting.....

*HI all,

is there any diff between below two commands
*
bgp bestpath as-path ignore
bgp bestpatth as-path multipath-relax

when I get same route from two diff ISPs , as-path ignore doesnt seem to be working but when i use multipath-relax i can load balance for same route received from two diff ISPs.
