There is no difference, it really just a matter of preference. However in the
actual exam it may come down to speed. If you are using notepad to copy/paste
using the 150.100.24.0 0.0.0.255 is faster but it's really up to you.

lets say we want to enable OSPF on this segment, so would it make any
difference if we type on R1 :
router ospf
network 150.100.24.2 0.0.0.0 area 0
OR
router ospf
network 150.100.24.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
Becuase i have seen both during configurations , is there any recommendations
which syntax we should use and why ? and can i always make it 0.0.0.0 with
exact IP except in the LAN environments ?
