Heh, I would say that there are definitely a couple of those for me.
I know for a fact that there was one of the troubleshooting tickets
that I had no idea. It was a situation where they gave you specific
things you could not use as a solution. Unfortunately for me, those
were the ways that came to mind to solve the issue. I had no idea, so
I moved on to other tickets. As it was, I ran out of time as I was
trying to figure out this problem. Later that night (after a couple
of beers) when I was much more composed, I think I figured out what
they wanted.

On the config side, there were a few items that I had to stop and
think about what they wanted. On the one item that I had the most
issues with, I asked the proctor for clarification. I think that
there isn't anything that you haven't seen if you are well prepared.
It was more of remembering where it was in the doc cd if I couldn't
configure it outright.

I do think that the workbooks help out tremendously. When I was
prepping and working through the volume 2 and 3 labs, if I screwed up
a section, I would take note of what I screwed up or was having a lot
of trouble with. When I would finish the lab, I would go back and
revisit the volume 1 labs of the topics that I had issue with. This
helped me a lot. I think that because of this I had very few WTF
moments. Still had them, but they were definitely manageable.
