I touched on it in an earlier mail about the availability of the lab configs to download from my members' area. I don't think I have all the content there and I'm just wondering how I log a call or get someone to look at it for me. I've downloaded the "Configurations and Diagrams" for each workbook. For workbooks 1 and 2, for each lab I have an INITIAL and FINAL folder. In there, I have only got configs in the FINAL folder but they look like initial configs but there is nothing in the INTIIAL. For workbook 3, I have got configs in both the INITIAL and FINAL folders but they're the same configs. And to make it worse, the link to the FAQ's is giving me an error when I try to open it!!
