Brian, Have you actually opened the text files to look at the configuration with them? There is no problem with the zip files as I just downloaded them. Note that the files are all named the same. The folder simply calls out what files are which.

I don't think I have all the content there and I'm just wondering how I log a call or get someone to look at it for me. I've downloaded the "Configurations and Diagrams" for each workbook. For workbooks 1 and 2, for each lab I have an INITIAL and FINAL folder. In there, I have only got configs in the FINAL folder but they look like initial configs but there is nothing in the INTIIAL. For workbook 3, I have got configs in both the INITIAL and FINAL folders but they're the same configs. And to make it worse, the link to the FAQ's is giving me an error when I try to open it!! Any ideas??
