Because of the pressure and time, not much time to look for DocCD. Especially, no time to use Doc CD in troubleshooting time. We got only 10min+ for each question. Suggest you to master the Core section(L2/L3) to advance topic(Qos, Multicast), etc without looking at DocCd... you may leave services for DocCD that we cant remember those things.
