Yes Matt, this works but sometimes especially when running the whole lab the memory and CPU are properly chewed up and everything ends up hanging on you.Been trying this on a laptop which i think could bring different better results with a desktop but sure of the best specs.
Due to that,i was forced to go for the best ever seen hired kits (ipexpert rack time) for the rest of my practice,though i still some small tests on gns3 which ofcoz works like charm. In my own opinion both methods should be best utilized.Remember racks are timed and gns3 is timeless.
