App is double-edged sword. With the App, separate purchase would
probably be required from the existing BLS, just to satisfy Apple.
While there are models in which in-app content can be delivered
separately from the app or in-app purchase, methods require relatively
complex infrastructure, development of which may be prohibitively
expensive for content providers whose primary market isn't the iOS
platform. Similar arguments go for Android.
