Hey Alef,

As long as you put a "0" in there is stays that way, however the DSG left it to 
IOS to insert these values. My argument is that the DSG's answer violates the 
task at hand, however IPexpert hasn't responded so who knows.

Hi Steve,
I believe technically it would, but there is no other way around it. You need 
to achieve that target rate, and the calculated values are derived of that. 
I believe in my lab excess traffic burst was set to 0 as well, and altered too. 
Nothing you can do about it.
