Colleagues, I've heard two conflicting statements about the Troubleshooting Section:
1. Since there are many devices all the problems are independent 2. The problems are actually interdependent (cascaded) and you should go for L2 issues first otherwise certain tickets become unresolvable. Without breaking the NDA would anybody be able to comment on that?
