If anyone doesn't want to see it, it's simple to create a rule in Outlook to do it.
Right-Click one of them, go to 'Create Rule', Choose the check box for "Subject contains", and make sure "[OSL | CCIE_RS] Average age for CCIE Candidates" is the text. Check 'Move e-mail to folder" and Select "Deleted Items". Click 'OK' and you'll never see another email about it, and everyone gets what they want. Those that want to talk about it can keep going, and those that don't, won't see it again..... I'm not sure why people would rather complain on the mailing list about getting them, instead of spending less time to just filter it out....
