The process your customers are using to request to be removed from the onlinestudylist creates noise for your other customers. Some of the emails might be spam. Some of the emails might not be spam. The intention of the emails is clear. I'm asking you (without caps) to consider a different way to improve IPExpert's service for the onlinestudylist.
