Based on the information provided on Cisco Live!, Cisco's LDS allows for power management in the troubleshooting section, i.e. you can power cycle devices yourself. In the configuration section, there is no such option, but Proctors *may* be of assistance. However, note that any and all password recovery _will not_ be performed by anyone other than a candidate.
