One of many reasons not to overlap the VPN pool with the inside LAN.

Proxy ARP is an important component of NAT too, but it's automatically done
when needed for NAT AFAIK.

It's also needed if you have access VPN pools that share the same subnet as
the LAN clients, but that's the only additional case I know of where it's
