I was just trying to make a point that either solution would in fact
satisfy the requirements. Please keep in mind that the primary purpose
of all those labs is LEARNING. With that in mind, sometime the authors
will use different solutions that satisfy the requirements, but there
are many possible alternatives. In this case, either CBWFQ/HQF and CQ
satisfy the requirements.
