I don't have the link off hand but Google for 'Cisco NAT order of
operations' and that should give you a complete view of how the router
processes a packet.

I assume your looking for that kind of info, rather than the
networking 101 type thing of how a packet is forwarded through
encapsulation and L2 address swapping.
