Everything can be done on gns3. Just don't try to do the switching part as that can be a disaster.
Make sure you have a high spec server. You can even do OER on a 7200 on gns3 with no issues. Make sure before the lab exam you rent out a rack for a month so you do all you want. There are providers who will build up the topology you want, be it ipexpert's or ine's. Hope that helps.
