Hi Tony,

Point 1:
On R3/R4 do you have cef enabled and "ip load-sharing per-packet" on your
serial and ethernet interfaces?  Assuming the feasibility condition is
being met, this may be all you need to get things working as desired.

Point 2:
With your eigrp metric calculations, if you are looking to reach loopback
interfaces, the delay to those interfaces need to be considered too:

R1#sh int lo0 | i DLY
  MTU 1514 bytes, BW 8000000 Kbit/sec, DLY 5000 usec,
