Since ISATAP tunnels create a virtual NBMA topology where all endpoints have an address in a common subnet, you can configure OSPFv3 in Non-Broadcast mode over an ISATAP interface and it works. I've labbed that one up.
Also, Keith Barker has a write-up for a BGP over 6to4 config. I haven't gotten to replicate this one myself yet, but it looks quite reasonable: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/servlet/JiveServlet/previewBody/11562-102-1-43914/Dynamic%20Routing%20Over%206to4%20Automatic%20Tunnels,%20Really.pdf On Tue, Jul 10, 2012 at 1:46 AM, Maureen Maina <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all, > Was configuring ipv6 over ip tunnels yesterday and was wondering if there > is any routing protocol support over non-gre tunnels particularly ISATAP > and 6to4 tunnels. > Are there any design considerations to accomplish this? > > Regards, > Mo > _______________________________________________ > For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please > visit www.ipexpert.com > > Are you a CCNP or CCIE and looking for a job?
