Since ISATAP tunnels create a virtual NBMA topology where all endpoints
have an address in a common subnet, you can configure OSPFv3 in
Non-Broadcast mode over an ISATAP interface and it works. I've labbed that
one up.

Also, Keith Barker has a write-up for a BGP over 6to4 config. I haven't
gotten to replicate this one myself yet, but it looks quite reasonable:
