Yes I even tried adding an active interface into vlan 240 still the same (even without any active interfaces you should have an instance if their are bpdus received from other bridges i.e cat2 doesn't have active interfaces but has an instance built)
Anyway iv been a dodo, sleeping on it after my night shift the problem is I have vacl applied to vlan 240 on all bridges from an earlier task permitting only ipv6... strange tho I did add 0x4242
