Doug, I tested it and you are right. CE only sees LSA 1 and 2, not LSA 3. I think it is because when the PE sees an LSA with no downbit set from the CE, it won't advertise the type 3 LSA with downbit set to the CE. Thats what I can see in the running test lab at the moment. What do you think? Anyone can add anything to it?
