Let me re-phrase that, I ran into an issue (which should not have
happened), so instead of quickly fixing it and moving on and i tried to
understand the behavior.

I was talking about the personal lab attack plan (do's and dont's) where I
had listed "do not waste time on understanding topology as my first :)",
nothing about what was mentioned within the lab itself.
