Of course it is very likely that you have up to 4 injected faults in your topology. These can range from vtp mismatches to CEF being explicitly disabled. You need to read the entire lab then look over your initial configurations before you start work. You will find things out of place. As a rule of thumb I create a config in notepad that enables CEF and other basics on all devices so you don't forget it. It is so simple to make the mistake of configuring net flow on a device and not turn on CEF which means you lose all points. Take a few minutes at the start To do this and you will be fine.
