Ahh, Marko you're right. I tried "set ip next-hop." It barked when I set
default ip next-hop:

SW3(config)#route-map PBR permit 10
SW3(config-route-map)#no set ip next-hop 10.1.1.22
SW3(config-route-map)#set ip default next-hop 10.1.1.22

PBR Nexthop Callback invoked: 3E1D3D4, (10.1.1.22), status: 2
map: PBR, sequence: 10
PBR Nexthop: Register tracking for 10.1.1.22, handle: 3BE75EC

SW3#
*Mar 1 00:37:59.889: %PLATFORM_PBR-3-UNSUPPORTED_RMAP: Route-map PBR not
supported for Policy-Based Routing
*Mar 1 00:37:59.889: %PLATFORM_PBR-3-UNSUPPORTED_RMAP: Route-map PBR not
supported for Policy-Based Routing
SW3#

And it removed it from the interface:

SW3#show run int vl1
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 58 bytes
!
interface Vlan1
 ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
end
