I need help understanding what the right thing to do for a specific task is. I 
would love to hear from Marko on this...

Let's say mock lab task states to configure R8 as static RP for the multicast 
group FF70:cc1e::88.

However, when you try to use an IPv6 ACL that specifically permits that host 
and then configure the ipv6 pim rp-address <rp-address> <ipv6 acl> command you 
get an error that prefix length must be less than /128.

What is the right way to proceed? Can you interpret that task to mean RP 
doesn't necessarily have to limit to only that multicast group? Should you try 
to find the next smallest prefix-length that will work? No ACL at all?

I think I got lab paranoia issue with this task but not sure.
