Have you considered any of the Cisco Press products for the written?  I think 
the IPExpert VoDs are good (I have them), but if you really want to do it 
quickly, just read the CCIE R&S Written Exam Certification Guide (there is also 
a CCIE R&S Quick Reference published by Cisco Press).
