Putting that you are working on your CCIE and including your scheduled lab
date should be OK. But some people make it look like they are already
certified by putting on their resume "CCIE written". That's not a
certification and you are not a CCIE until you pass the lab.

If you want to show you are working your butt off, include your scheduled
lab date. At $1500 bucks a pop (plus traveling expenses), low passing rate,
etc now that shows you are not only working your butt off but it also shows
commitment.
