Because the lab exam uses 3560s, as do all the vendor prep labs. Feel free
to get 3750s, but you don't need any 3750-specific function for the exam
(Stackwise is about it) and you'll just have to modify all the startup
configs from vendor workbooks. Also, you'll spend hundreds of hours typing
"int fa1/0/14" instead of "int fa0/14" and you don't want that extra little
hurdle when you get to the real lab of your muscles typing an extra "1/" in
front of everything.

But those were just my reasons.
