on my WS-C3750G-24-TS-S

Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
core01(config)#class-map match-all VLANB
core01(config-cmap)#match ?
  access-group Access group
input-interface Select one or more input interfaces to match
  ip IP specific values
  protocol Protocol

core01(config-cmap)#match

on my ME-3750-24

ME-3750(config)#class-map match-all VLANB
ME-3750(config-cmap)#match ?
  access-group Access group
cos IEEE 802.1Q/ISL class of service/user priority values
input-interface Select an input interface to match
  ip IP specific values
mpls Multi Protocol Label Switching specific values
  protocol Protocol
  vlan VLANs to match

so it appears on Metro platform you could match vlans and mpls and cos !!

best regards.
