Hi Israa, The Supervisor 8 is not compatible with legacy Non-E 4500 Chassis. The Sup6E is the latest supervisor engine that can be supported in the legacy platforms. Since the 4500 Non-E chassis have went EoS as of 2010 no further supervisor development support has been introduce. Hope this helps.
