SIP trunk to CME is a possibility. As is H323 gateway. As is gk integration. For SIP...on the CCM side you have a SIP trunk, on the CME side you have a SIP dial-peer pointing to the CallManager. A SIP dial-peer is a dial-peer with the command "session protocol sipv2"
