Hey JD,
Try setting one particular HQ phone's DN (in the 1000 range) to a
partition of NULL.
Then try calling that phone.
Also make sure you are able to login to your pod's PSTN router (access
from the PL vRack web page) with the password 'ipexpert' - the Menu
should come up - make sure you select "1", Enter, Space, "2", Enter,
Space, then "4", Enter, Space, and take a look at the following
interface to make sure you have Multiple Frames Established:
ISDN Serial0/3/0:23 interface
******* Network side configuration *******
dsl 2, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-ni
Layer 1 Status:
ACTIVE
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
Layer 3 Status:
0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
Active dsl 2 CCBs = 0
The Free Channel Mask: 0x80000007
Number of L2 Discards = 0, L2 Session ID = 47
After that select "11", Enter, Space, and see what ISDN messages
(error cause code) you get back from your 6608 PRI.
Also a look in PerfMon should tell you whether the call ever even hits
the 6608 blade PRI port or not.
Let us know what happens,

Hello,
Does anyone know what could be the potential issues for not be able
to receive PSTN calls on the HQ PRI link? The PRI link is
configured to receive 4 significant inbound digit with proper
inbound CSS, but i cannot receive any PSTN call. I could dial out
to any PSTN number though. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
