I know there was a post on here a while back that has the solution to restart a
certain IPCC Express service to have the ICD extension showing up when you try
to associate a user to an ICD resource. Does anyone know what's the service
name? I can't find it anywhere. It's not the CRS Engine service because i
restarted that service and the ICD extension still didn't show up. Thanks.
