My understanding of what scott said is B channels would not successfully
busy out from perspective of pstn. But I think when u define pri-group
timeslot 1-3 , router will not stablish L2 with pstn, as I tested this be4.
So I think it does not depend and for IOS using this option is not required.

Tha's y understanding. Correct me if I'm wrong.
