Hello, i have callmanager 4.1.3 and unity 4 in the version 2 lab i have integrated the two with four ports 1601- 1604 and the voice pilot number been 1600 after the integration, on the callmanger, the voiceport gets ip addresses(showing its ok) on the unity on the UTIM, the extension(2001-2004) is not showing on the ports secondly when i click on the message button on the phone, i get the message,'' your call cannot be completed as dialed pls consult your directory and dial again or ask the operator for asssistance. same goes for dialling the pilot number 1600 but, when i dial any of the port 1601-1604, i hear the write message, which is enter your password followed by pound..... lastly,i had a CTI route with DN 1600, wh i forwarded all to voicemail so that when 1000 is dialled, the caller hears a greeting and can input 1 to go to greeting administration, press 2 to go to extension of another subscriber and 3 to go to the subscriber voicemail. it did not work,after configuring according to guide, when i dial 1000, i get a fastbusy tone. Any idea will be appreciated
