Hello, Thanks for the response. i used voicemail wizard so i configured all the pilot, hunt group and hunt list.

On the ccm, create a RG for DNs 1601-1604, then create a RL for the RG, the create PP 1600 for the RL. If you dial 1600 you shld hear that msg from, you can launch call viewer from unity depot to monitor the calls. Next create voicemail pilot assign 1600 to it; then create voicemail profile using the VM pilot u have created. It is best to edit the default VM profile, at this point if u press the MSG button on the phone, unity should answer. Do not forget to reset ur RL and any other item that have the reset link after creation. Once ur MSG button is working fine and callviewer is reporting that the 5 ports are been used, check the callviewer to see the type of the call; direct or forwarded; If you dialed 1000, the callviewer shld tell you that it is a forwarded call. Now on unity create a call handler for ur AA number and configure it as per the instructions given, then click on call routing in unity make sure you choose forwarding, the direct call routing shows up by default. Create a new call routing for forwarded calls for DNIS 1000. Try it and report back. Tech Guy.
