If you are only allowed to create one trunk then this config will not work. What happens is the gatekeeper will reject the call and so call manager will go to the second route in the route list and route the call over the PSTN. Would the requirement be to have only three endpoints registered under the gatekeeper or to only create one trunk?
I am not sure how you would accomplish this if you could only create one trunk in CCM.
