Ha, this is exactly what I thought and what my lab observed. If only one Trunk, I couldn't limit it using just Gatekeeper configuration.

What happens is the gatekeeper will reject the call and so call manager will go to the second route in the route list and route the call over the PSTN. Would the requirement be to have only three endpoints registered under the gatekeeper or to only create one trunk?
