Hi,
I am having T1 PRI between BR1 and HQ through PSTN. When the WAN is
up the DTMF digits are going fine and 3001 phone login to its voice
mail box with PIN. But when is on AAR or SRST, the calls are connected
to VM with correct mailbox but the DTMF digits are not going through.
Which results 3001 is not able to login to VM with PIN. The same
problem is seen between CME (E1 PRI) to AA on CUE over PSTN trunk.
Sometimes the voice quality is very bad and unable to hear the unity
announcement. But the DTMF is not working even when the voice quality
is good.
There is no path code or line code violations are in show controller
output in BR1 and PSTN gw as well. Could someone tell me how to fix
this.
Thanks,
Prabahar
