Yes if I set rsvp to "no reservation" it works fine. 

I have already erased all the config, will re do it from scratch on the weekend 
and let you know if problem persist.

   ...if you leae EVERYTHING else alone, but set the RSVP requirement
to none, i assume it works then? Can we see configs from both routers
please, along with "sh ip route" from each?
