Hi, I am having this strange problem that my Cisco Unity Express ... is just suddenly not working anymore... Is this a common problem?
My phones went into SRST more and from there CUE was just working fine ... but when coming out of SRST mode the phones registered to the CUCM... CUE suddenly was not working. And this is not the first time that I had this... The only option here is to reload the CUE and as we all know reloading takes a lot of time (which we don't have) and it was ok again... I Reset the Device Pool, Reset the Voicemail Profile, Reset the CTI ports, for the CUE in offline and then in online modus again ... All of these things did not work but reloading works ...
