This task states that the incoming number in ringing state should display 2059432785 from PSTN HQ Line. I used the PG method and under the GW incoming calling party setting put a National Number Prefix of +44:1. Calling number still shows up as 02059432785 and my missed calls directory shows +4402059432785 after configuring the appropriate Calling Party Xforms.
