Never mind. Found an earlier email from Phil that went over this. It appears that initial configs might have the same issue still where calls come in as Subscriber when u dial 442059434002 OR 2059434002 from PSTN HQ phone.
I added the prefix of +44:1 to Subscriber incoming and its working now.
