Hi Kobel,

 

In the "Get Reporting Statistic" step, one can retrieve the number of total 
contacs in queue, which is defined as: 

 

"  Number of total contacts since the statistics were last reset for this CSQ "

 

 

But I didn't try it before, so I am not sure if one can choose which CSQ to 
retrieve information about, or we have to:

 

- apply select resource (with no connect)

 

- Retrieve the required statistics

 

- dequeue the call from that queue

 

and repeat the above till all informatoin is available
