Thx Amy, I had this issue before i tried all solutions but no luck finally
power cycle worked for me but i remember before configure the CUE my phone
was working perfectly even they were in the rite Vlan .... usually i am
configuring CUE after configure the CME .... i think ... sorry i couldn't
understand pls explain Amy ,,,

well next time i will look closely ....
