All,
Is there something beyond enabling trace level in Servicability that is required to get this to work? I have enabled serv level to significant and I can see the SDI traces appear in RTMT (with delay), but the “file tail activelog /cm/trace/cmi/sdi recent” isn’t working for me. I get a short output, but beyond that it never feeds anything else. I have forced the pub to be primary just to confirm that it would be the call agent for the output. RTMT is such a waste of time, when it comes to traces ;) BTW, the most useful are SDI traces (SDLs are less readable and are used for inter-ccm communications - I never use them in lab). It's easy to remember - SD-III like IIIncredibly useful traces :D regards kobel On Tue, Jun 15, 2010 at 1:00 PM, Matthew Berry <ciscovoiceg...@gmail.com> wrote: I would turn on detailed tracing through CUCM Serviceability and then monitoring the SDL or SDI traces (I always forget which one) through the CUCM CLI.
