I am assuming you see the PVDM in sh diag. A conference bridge uses 240 MIPS ie a single PVDM-16. In the config you need to use
voice-card 0 no dspfarm dsp serviced dspfarm Also make sure none of the dsp's are being used ie in a pri or else you would not see any resources if you have a single pvdm-16.
